- Can you recreate a specific theme or decor style seen in your gallery?
- Yes. Every photo in our gallery represents real celebrations designed and styled by Pleasant Jay Events. During your consultation, you can reference any images, color palettes, stage backdrops, or floral arrangements you love. We tailor every concept to your venue architecture, guest count, and personal aesthetic.
- Do you provide event decor rentals without full planning services?
- Yes. Through our Decor & Furniture Rentals division, clients, planners, and venues can rent premium items individually — including Chiavari and Dior chairs, luxury charger plates, statement centerpieces, LED lighting fixtures, gazebos, and bespoke stage backdrops.
- Do you conduct venue site visits before styling in Ibadan and Lagos?
- Always. A proper venue inspection allows us to evaluate ceiling heights, power distribution, natural and artificial lighting, guest traffic flow, and photography angles. This ensures the styling plan is feasible, safe, and visually striking from every angle.
- How early should I book Pleasant Jay Events for event design or styling?
- We recommend reserving your date 3 to 6 months in advance for weddings and major milestone celebrations, especially during peak Nigerian event seasons (April, August, and November through January). However, we also accommodate short-notice bookings when calendar availability allows.
