Furniture, lighting, backdrops, tableware, props and staging come from one inventory, on one invoice, with one delivery, which removes most of the coordination problems that come with multi-vendor hire.
Renting rather than buying is usually the right call for items you will use once. A backdrop, a set of charger plates or a run of lounge furniture costs a fraction to hire, and storage, cleaning and transport stop being your problem. For planners and decorators, hiring from us also means you can quote for a look you do not own yet.

- Do you deliver and set up?
- Yes. Delivery, setup and collection are available and quoted with the items. You can also collect yourself if that suits your logistics better.
- How early should I reserve rental items?
- As early as your date is fixed. Pricing is stable, but stock is finite and popular pieces go first during peak wedding and end-of-year season. A confirmed booking is what holds an item for your date.
- Can other planners and decorators hire from you?
- Yes. We regularly supply other event professionals sourcing for their own clients, which lets you quote for a look without buying the inventory.
- What happens if something is damaged?
- Normal wear is expected and not charged for. Damage or loss beyond that is covered by the terms agreed in your rental booking, which we set out clearly before you confirm rather than after the event.
