Our outdoor space in Felele, Ibadan is available to hire for events that do not need a full banquet hall. It is a private, open-air setting with a versatile layout, which makes it suitable for intimate celebrations, meetings, shoots and outdoor gatherings where a large venue would feel empty and cost more than it should.
The space is deliberately unfurnished, so it works as a blank canvas. You can bring your own setup, or hire furniture, lighting, staging and decor from our rental inventory and have it installed as part of the same booking, which is usually simpler and cheaper than coordinating a separate venue and separate suppliers.
Because it is our own space, access times and setup schedules are agreed directly with us rather than negotiated through a venue manager, which gives longer and more flexible setup windows than most hired halls allow.

Come and see the space before you commit. Walking the layout tells you far more than photographs about how your event will sit in it.
Plan the setup
Decide whether you are bringing your own setup or hiring furniture, lighting and decor from us, and we agree the access schedule.
Host
We prepare the space for your access time. Add coordination or ushering if you would rather not run the day yourself.
Outdoor Space Rental FAQs
- Where exactly is the space?
- It is in Felele, Ibadan, at our Oyo State office address. We will send the exact location and access directions when you enquire, and you are welcome to visit before booking.
- How many guests does it hold?
- Capacity depends on your format, since a seated dinner takes considerably more room per guest than a standing reception. Tell us your guest count and format and we will confirm whether the space suits it honestly, including if it does not.
- What happens if it rains?
- It is an open-air space, so wet-weather cover needs planning rather than assuming. We can arrange marquee or canopy cover through our rental inventory, and we recommend deciding this at booking rather than in the week of the event.
- Can I bring my own decorator and caterer?
- Yes. You are free to bring your own suppliers. Hiring decor and furniture through us is optional, though it usually simplifies delivery and setup since everything arrives on one schedule.
