- How early should we book Pleasant Jay Events for our wedding or gala?
- We recommend reaching out 3 to 9 months before your scheduled date. This ensures optimal date availability and allows ample time for custom concept design, premium vendor reservations, and venue walkthroughs in Ibadan and Lagos.
- Do you take on events outside Ibadan and Oyo State?
- Yes. While our headquarters and core logistics hub are located in Felele, Ibadan, our team regularly styles and coordinates events in Lagos, Ogun State, Osun State, Abuja, and destinations throughout Nigeria. Travel logistics are itemized transparently upfront.
- Can I book individual services such as decor rentals or day-of coordination only?
- Absolutely. While many clients select our Full Event Management or signature packages, we also provide specialized standalone services including Day-of Coordination, Decor & Furniture Rentals, Ushers, and Luxury Tablescapes.
- What is the payment structure and booking deposit?
- To secure your event date on our calendar, a booking retainer deposit is required upon contract signing. The remaining balance is divided into structured milestone payments leading up to the final event date.
