Ushers are the first people your guests meet, and the impression is made in the first ten seconds. Ours are trained on hospitality, presentation and event protocol, not simply hired for the day, which is what the 2024 PEPVAN Ushering Agency of the Year recognition reflects.
The team handles guest reception and welcome, seating and guest flow, VIP and protocol handling, registration or accreditation desks, souvenir distribution, and the quiet work of noticing which guest has been standing without a seat for too long. For corporate events they can be briefed on your brand, your speakers and your programme so guests get accurate answers rather than a shrug.
We brief and dress the team to your event. Uniform, colour and grooming standard are agreed beforehand, so the ushers read as part of your event rather than as an outside agency dropped into it.

Ushers arrive ahead of guests, set up their positions, and work under a team lead who coordinates with you or your event coordinator.

Ushering Services FAQs
- How many ushers do I need?
- It varies with guest count, venue layout and how much protocol handling is involved. A seated dinner needs fewer than a conference with registration desks and breakout rooms. Tell us your guest number and format and we will recommend a team size.
- Are your ushers trained?
- Yes. Our ushers are trained on hospitality, presentation and event protocol, and briefed specifically on your event before the day. Many have come through our own Event Academy.
- Can ushers wear our brand colours or uniform?
- Yes. Dress code, colour and grooming standards are agreed in advance. For corporate events we can work to your brand guidelines, and we can accommodate branded uniforms you provide.
- Can I book ushers without booking other services?
- Yes. Ushering is frequently booked on its own, including by other event planners and by companies running their own events. Send us the date and we will confirm availability on WhatsApp, usually the same day.
