Tablewares Masters is the luxury table styling division of Pleasant Jay Events, specializing in elegant tablescapes and premium tableware for weddings, corporate events, private dinners, milestone celebrations and other special occasions. We transform ordinary tables into sophisticated dining experiences with carefully curated charger plates, fine dinnerware, luxury cutlery, elegant glassware, linens, centerpieces and decorative accessories. Tablewares Masters is our luxury table-styling division. The table is where guests spend most of the event, and it photographs more than almost anything else in the room, which makes it the highest-return surface to get right.
A styled tablescape is built in layers: linen, charger plates, dinnerware, cutlery, glassware, napkin treatment, centrepiece and the small decorative details between them. Each layer is chosen against your theme, brand or personal style rather than pulled from a standard set, and the layers are designed to work together in the venue lighting your guests will actually see.
The service suits weddings and milestone celebrations, but it is equally at home at corporate dinners and private hosting, where a considered table is the clearest signal that an event was designed rather than catered.

Style direction
We agree the look, the palette and the formality level, from a relaxed long-table dinner to a full formal setting.
Table design
You see the layered design before the event, so the linen, plates, cutlery, glassware and centrepiece are approved as one composition.
Setup
The team sets and styles every cover on site, then checks the tables under event lighting before guests arrive.
Clear-down
We collect and clear everything after the event, including the pieces hired through our rental inventory.
Tablewares Masters FAQs
- Can you match our wedding or brand colours?
- Yes. We build the layers around your palette, and matching to a physical sample such as asoebi fabric or a printed brand guide is far more accurate than matching to a screen.
- Do you supply the tableware or do we?
- We can supply everything through our rental inventory, style pieces you already own, or combine the two. Many venues provide basic tableware, and we layer over it.
- Is table styling available on its own?
- Yes. It is often booked alongside another decorator or an in-house venue team who are handling the rest of the room.
- How many tables can you style?
- From a single feature table to a full reception. Team size and setup time scale with the cover count, so let us know your guest number and table layout when you enquire.
