Decoration is where an event stops looking like a hired hall and starts looking like yours. We design and install florals, backdrops, drapery, lighting, stage sets, aisle treatments and table styling, built around a colour story and a theme rather than assembled from whatever is in stock that week.
Every design starts as a concept you approve before anything is bought or built. That means a colour palette, reference imagery and a layout for the key focal points: the stage or high table, the entrance, the aisle, and the guest tables. You see the direction before it exists, so there are no surprises on the morning of the event.
We install and dismantle ourselves. Setup happens on our own schedule against the venue access time, and teardown is included, so you are not negotiating with a decor team at midnight after your own party.

Our event decorations process
Design brief
We discuss the theme, colours, venue and guest count, and look at any references you have collected.
Concept and quote
You receive a decor concept with a palette, imagery and a quote broken down by area so you can see exactly what each element costs.
Sourcing and build
Florals, fabrics and props are sourced and prepared ahead of time. Anything custom is built before the event, not on the day.
Install and strike
We install to the venue schedule, do a final walkthrough with you, then return after the event to dismantle and clear.
Event Decorations FAQs
- Do you use fresh or artificial flowers?
- Both, and often together. Fresh flowers give the best texture and scent up close, while premium artificial pieces hold up through a long outdoor event in Nigerian heat and cost less at volume. We recommend a mix based on your venue, timing and budget.
- Can you match a specific colour or theme?
- Yes. Bring your asoebi fabric, invitation, brand guidelines or a reference photo and we will build the palette around it. Colour matching to a physical fabric sample is far more accurate than matching to a screen, so send the sample if you have one.
- Do you handle setup and takedown?
- Both are included. We install to the venue access schedule and return after the event to dismantle and clear the space, so nothing is left for you or the venue to deal with.
- Can I book decoration without full event management?
- Yes. Decoration is available on its own, and many clients book it that way alongside their own planner or coordinator. Our Signature Luxe Design package is built specifically for decor-only engagements.
